Flexible Booking Plan

Our Flexible Booking Plan has been introduced for complete peace of mind. We understand you may need to adjust your plans, so we’re offering the flexibility to change your travel arrangements or re-book for a more suitable time if needed. 

Our Flexible Booking Plan allows you to defer your booking to an alternative date, or cancel your journey up to final payment date, less third-party fees. We will provide you with a Future Travel Credit to use on an alternate tour/cruise, which is valid for 24 months.

River Cruising: $125        Yacht Cruising: $200

Terms and conditions:

• The Flexible Booking Plan must be added and paid for at the time of the deposit.
• Where you defer travel or cancel your booking up to 90 days prior to travel for European and Asia River cruises, Japan, North America, Australia and New Zealand Land tours and 120 days prior for Ocean/Yacht cruises, Africa, Egypt and Jordan land tours, with no Scenic or Emerald Cruises fees (3rd party supplier fees may apply).
• Deposits paid to us less any third party fees will be applied as a future travel credit which is valid for 24 months for you to use on alternate tour or cruise.
• If early full payment is received and the booking is cancelled prior to the final payment due date in the brochure T&Cs, guests are entitled to the deposit being held as a Future Travel Credit (FTC), minus any third-party fees, and the remaining balance of the additional payment will be refunded.
• If you do not re-book within 24 months, your FTC it will be forfeited.
• Cancellation for Flexible Booking Plan can be for any reason as long as cancellation is requested in writing prior to the journeys required final payment date.
• Flexible Booking Plan Payment is Non-refundable.
